At WOFEX 2025, Sanremo Coffee Machines Philippines brought more than just world-class espresso equipment—they created a space where passion, creativity, and community came alive through every cup.
One of the highlights of the event was the highly anticipated Bar Takeover Series, where some of the most respected names in the local and international coffee scene stepped behind the Sanremo bar to showcase their craft.
Leading the lineup was Joefel, known for his refined approach to espresso and dedication to consistency. He was joined by Louie Sy, whose deep understanding of coffee and engaging presence drew in both enthusiasts and professionals alike. Mark Lingat brought his signature style and precision, delivering cups that truly reflected the capabilities of Sanremo machines.
The takeover also featured Resonate Cafe, sharing their distinct café experience and approach to specialty coffee, as well as Søren Stiller Markussen, whose global perspective and expertise elevated the bar with a fresh and inspiring take on coffee preparation.
Each takeover session became more than just a demonstration—it was an exchange of ideas, techniques, and stories. Visitors experienced firsthand how Sanremo machines empower baristas to push boundaries and express their craft at the highest level.
