Warranty Terms, Conditions & Criteria

1. Warranty for components installed on the machines
2. Warranty for components sent as spare parts

Concept Specialist Inc. guarantees that the Sanremo Espresso coffee machines and the components supplied are free from defective material and/ or workmanship for a period of two years (24 months) from machine acquisition date and six (6) months for newly replaced part(s).

The warranty does not cover any faults or malfunctions due to normal wear and tear, inappropriate use and/ or use not in accordance with normal operation, the use of non-original or non-approved spare parts and non-compliance with what is indicated in the user manual delivered together with the machine, accidental events such as during machine transport, unauthorized modifications or adaptations, tampering, damage caused by power fluctuations and hydraulic systems or inadequate water filtering and insect/ pest infestation.

Service or labor charge will be free during the warranty period. However, travel/ transportation expenses and lodging are not included in the warranty as well as transport costs in case of shipping.
